Our commercial awnings consist of a light weight but very durable aluminum, non-corroding frame. The fabric is then stapled to the frame using galvanized staples and covered with a PVC insert. No more unsightly ropes or screws to hold the fabric down. This process is known as the staple system and we are certified in the staple system from Steel Stitch™.

Although many companies offer and attempt the staple system. They try to save money by building their awnings out of an interior or lesser grade of aluminum or extending support spans. Our certification assures our customers that they will receive a properly measured, designed, installed and "Wrinkle Free" awning.
WHY USE THE STAPLE SYSTEM? -
This process provides a "wrinkle free" product that can very rarely be achieved an
d can never be guaranteed by the traditional steel laced-on or screwed on awnings. This process also eliminates the use of thread in almost all awnings and other fabric structures. Although you may pick a fabric that may be warranted for 5 years and last for 10 to 15 years, the thread will usually start to deteriorate and fail in 3 to 5 years. This results in time consuming and expensive repairs.

We are one of the few companies in the country to develop a program to offer computer generated awnings onto digital pictures, including all fabric colors and all stripe patterns available. We can then show the customer what their awning will look like in place before they purchase it. This helps in the design of larger jobs and can show a general contractor, architect or business owner their options and help to prevent dissatisfaction and potential problem on large jobs.
